He is a handsome self absorbed actor who Bree gets a crush on, in truth he's actually a evil android built by evil mad scientist Janna Veckers. He was played by guest star Leo Howard.

Just a stray thought but if you watch the trailer and pause it at 1:05.
You can see that one of the equalized ponies is not grinning she's smirking (quite evilly) and has the same color scheme and blues eye's as Diamond Tiara.
Of course this is just a theory and I could be wrong (she's also a unicorn) but wouldn't that be a interesting twist?
